Lisa Rent Car rents the client an already identified tourism or utility vehicle. This rent is agreed on under the following general conditions that the customer must observe and accept. It is the responsibility of the client to declare any abandon of the car out of the opening hours or any damage on one of our cars. In case of a vehicle break down caused by the customer (flat battery, bad fuel quality, puncture) you’ll be responsible for the breakdown service and repairing costs. Any rent must be paid in advance or by a certified cheque.

ARTICLE I :
The customer admits that he received he fixed vehicle in a good state of work and coach building except for the damages identified and accepted on the vehicles diagrams at the recto. The customer is legally responsible for the vehicle. The date and place of restoration are specified. The non restoration of the vehicle at the fixed date represents an offence which makes him liable to legal proceedings.

ARTICLE II :
The customer will proceed to a regular check of the oil and water levels. No other intervention should be done with out an authorization from Lisa Rent Car. Lisa Rent Car is not responsible for the loss or the damages f object left in the vehicle.

ARTICLE III :
The customer will pay :

1. Every faction of a day is counted as a whole day
2. The purchase of franchise and insurance of the transported persons and the other costs and different fees.
3. The fuel
4. The costs of traffic offences and impoundment.

ARTICLE IV :
The insurance contract subscribed by Lisa Rent Car guarantees the civil responsibility of the renter meeting the prescribed obligation of Article I, decree n°80-81 in30-01-1961 of the Tunisian insurance code (obligatory motorcar insurance)

1. In case of an accident, the renter must legibly fill in the unofficial account and inform the police or the National Guard if there are any injured.
2. In case of a theft vehicle, an official declaration must be made to the police authorities. The keys and the papers must be handed back to Lisa Rent Car
3. In case of a car break down following an accident, the renter will be invoiced 40dt per day for 20 days at maximum
4. The damages occurred on the vehicle will be invoiced to the client.
5. The pneumatic damages, the brooking glass and the accessories are the renter’s responsibility.
6. In no way, the renter proclaims the refunding of the non purchasable franchise in case of collusion.
7. Lisa Rent Car is committed to refund the renter the difference between the amount of the franchise, collusion and damages occurred to the vehicle if it is inferior to the last one.

 ARTICLE V : Use of the car
To avoid the exclusion of the insurance guarantee and so being in a state of non insurance, the renter is committed no to let other persons drive the car, only him and those agreed by Lisa Rent Car on condition that he be the guarantor that the vehicle will be used for personal needs and to participate in any competition and not to use the vehicle for illicit reason and not to transport people subject to payment, not to directly solicit customs documents, not to overload the rented car by transporting a number of passengers superior to what is mentioned on the registration document.

ARTICLE VI :
The renter will hand back the car at the end of the renting period when returning the vehicle, all the necessary papers for traveling otherwise the renting will continue to be invoiced till the restoration of the documents to Lisa Rent Car.

ARTICLE VII :
The commercial court of Tunis will be the only jurisdiction to recognize any litigation related to the present contract.
